He explained everything about my state inspection, oil change, tire rotation and indicated there was also a recall involving the radiator. “ Ciera was great to work with, and the building is beautiful. I visited Honda to see a certified pre owned CRV Hybrid. I explained that I had two appointments the next day to purchase a new car, but Honda had the trim line I wanted. Ciera informed me that if I was serious about the car, that I could put a deposit down and come back within 48 hours to make a decision. I shared with her that if the price was right, I’d put down a deposit, be back the next day with my boyfriend to do a final test drive, and then sign the paper. Sadly, numbers wouldn’t be discussed with me when I went in. No paper was presented, just a verbal discount of maybe $400. I repeated my intent to put down a deposit once we discussed numbers. Alan (the manager) then joins the table. He informs me that they will not talk numbers with me or accept my deposit . “Without your boyfriend’s approval, I can’t talk numbers with you. You need to have your boyfriend present to discuss purchasing this car.” I reinforced my intent to buy this car, and Alan continued to state that without my boyfriend present, he would not discuss the car with me. In addition, they informed me that they try to meet/beat Kelly Blue Book, and their asking cost for my car of interest is $4,000 over. Overall, Ciera was fantastic, but I left highly disappointed from the misogyny of Alan. I would not recommend this location. ”
“ Overall a poor experience! Saleslady was the only saving grace. She was kind and showed my wife and myself the vehicle we requested and provided solid information on the vehicle as we took turns test driving. Upon returning to discuss numbers the finance manager was unwilling to budge a single dollar even though the vehicle would require maintenance within the first year to be properly maintained! Car price was way above KBB and their inability to discuss adjusting the price to match other local dealers or KBB was laughable. Ultimately we bought a newer car with lower miles for less than Faulkner Honda was listing their vehicle at. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this auto group, obviously unless you enjoy paying over KBB/Fair Market for your pre-owned vehicles! UPDATE: I called into the number below and spoke with the GM or GSM and was again told the price was fair and that the KBB information I had (which I got from filling in the VIN) was incorrect. When presented with the preventive maintenance again I was told it was 18 months out even though the vehicle had been driven an average of 16,400 miles a year previously. Overall: Over-Priced and Under-Delivered. ”

The manager did not wanna complete the sale due to us coming in 2 mins before they closed, my salesman already did the paperwork all we needed to do was sign and go. The manager was very condescending towards our sales guys which should never happen in a work space over just completing the sale just because you closed for the day. My salesman is the only reason in why I purchase from this dealership in the first place. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under this guy he does not make his associates feel great at doing their jobs and belittles them for going the extra mile. ”
